Your Kennel

All registered dogs will be listed in Your Dogs page.  You will not need to re-enter the dog’s information for each entry.  

You may register dogs at any time into Your Dogs,  but will not be able to access event entry until entries open.

Entering Dogs:

  1. Choose Your Kennel and Entries below or on the menu and then click on the box that says “Click to access your dogs“.  If at that point you get a “not found” error, use the link provided on that page to set up your Dog Info page.  Once on the Dog Info page use the Add Dog step to enter each of your dogs. Very important: do not use an ampersand (&) in any field or the information will not carry forward to the entries correctly.  Use commas between multiple owners’ and breeders’ names.  
  2. If any information is not known, e.g. Sire/Dam/Breeder for a rescue, type Unknown in the field.
  3. To enter an event, go to click on the link next to the desired dog.
  4. You will be given a choice of events to enter on the next screen.  

Entering Events:

  1. Only submit an entry for a dog ONCE.  You may submit an additional entry to enter additional classes.  If you need to change or cancel an entry, use the form on the Contact page.
  2. If your information has not carried forward correctly, go back and correct the dog entry.  
  3. Your entry will be added to your cart automatically.  Complete all entries, then check out once.

Payment

  1. You may cancel with a refund until entries close.  We do not charge an online entry fee at time of payment, but the fee (rounded up to nearest whole dollar amount) will not be refunded.

You must be logged in to proceed.

Logging in:

If you do not yet have an account on this online-entry website, you must register for one.  This is separate from your other CWCCA accounts. If you entered Agility, Herding, or Scent Work online for a previous National Specialty or the North Carolina Herding Trial, you should already have an account on file.  Use the “Lost Password” step if you do not remember it.

When you register for a new account, you will then be transferred to a screen to set up your Dog Info page.  At this point all you need to do is to click “Continue” below the text box.
